PROJECT MANAGEMENT SAVES YOU TIME AND MONEY

Time is precious and renovations can take up a lot of time; researching, gaining quotes, sourcing tradespeople and supplies, coordinating subcontractors, problem solving , etc. Using a project manager saves you time and reduces stress.

The Home Project has access to trade prices and discounts. These savings are directly passed on to our clients, which helps to offset the project management fee.
Using a project manager will cost approx 6-12% of the total renovation cost depending on the scale of the project. Once you take into consideration time and product savings, you can understand that using project managers can save you money in your project.

At The Home Project we are passionate about the power of good interior style and its potential to create a welcoming home environment to showcase your home to its full potential. This can be for better living or to market your home for sale.
HOME STYLING SELLS HOUSES

Most home buyers 'judge the book by the cover' and find it difficult to visualise past the current style of a home. We work closely with real estate agents and sellers to evaluate the home and identify the most likely demographic of buyers.
We use this assessment to prepare and present your home for sale in a way that appeals to the widest possible audience and sells for the highest possible price.
Home styling ensures a high quality result in print, online media and in person presentation.

MAXIMISE YOUR HOME'S POTENTIAL
The Home Project specialises in enhancing the presentation of your home by mobilising your existing furnishings. We evaluate the best layout and tailor a package of our soft furnishings, throw-ins and décor accessories to complement the existing items in your home. This saves the need to find storage for your existing furniture during the sale period and allows the vendor to remain living in the home.

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
​
The Home Project stylist team usually makes two visits. The first visit is for advice on what needs to be kept and what needs to be moved or removed. The second visit is prior to the photographs where we re-arrange your own furniture, do up your beds and arrange accessories and decor pieces.
This package starts at $350.00 + gst where we allocate 4-5 hours over the 2 visits.
